My late father always told me, do what you love, and you’ll never work a day in your life. I love baseball and have decided to pursue working in the game as a career. I’ve done everything from hawking merchandise for a collegiate summer league team to pulling tarp during rain delays to making cold calls to increase ticket sales for a Minor League team. I am fairly certain I was the sport’s largest ever batboy (for reference, I am 6’10”) for a Minor League team in Vermont. You name it, chances are I’ve done it.
I created this website to share my opinions and insights on the National Pastime with others. Posts will vary from accounts of historical moments in baseball history, player profiles both past and present as well as commentary on the pressing issues of the game today, among others.
