Seiya Suzuki: I do not have much to say about Seiya Suzuki signing with the Cubs at this time. He is a talented player who will be interesting to watch and see how he adapts and performs against Major League pitching. Wishing him nothing but the best as the Cubs continue to rebuild.
The only other notable free agent signing is Albert Pujols returning to the St. Louis Cardinals. It is notable because it is a nice story as Pujols will put the finishing touches on his Hall of Fame career back where it all began.
